Can I see the sign before ordering?+
Yes. The designer gives you a live 3D preview. You can rotate the sign, zoom in and switch to a wall view before checkout.
What can I personalise?+
You can change the Eircode or address text, text priority, shape, fonts, colours, finish, dimensions, outline, separator and mounting option.
How long does it take?+
The usual production turnaround shown at checkout is 3–5 working days. Delivery time begins after your made-to-order sign is finished.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?+
The current checkout is for delivery addresses in the Republic of Ireland only.
Can I return a personalised sign?+
Personalised products are generally not covered by the change-of-mind cancellation right. If your sign arrives damaged, faulty or different from the approved design, contact us promptly and we will put it right.
